Strength & Resistance

A key attribute of the modern day footballer, whether tall or short is their strength and any training sessions should include elements of strength building. The most common way to build the strength of a players is to add resistance. This can be done in the form of a lifting weight which is always pulling downwards due to gravity or in other ways such as using air resistance or even a fellow teammate.

Here at Stadia Sports, we offer a wide selection of strength building equipment. Our range of lifting weights include the common dumbbells & barbells as well as coloured kettlebells, medicine balls and weighted bags which are common in gyms from schools right thorough to the elite teams. But we also offer more in the way of resistance equipment such as speed chutes which use air as resistance and escape belts which use a teammate as a counterweight to evade.
