Inspection, and all minor repairs, tighten fixings as necessary, lubricate as necessary, re-align and adjust items, replace nuts, bolts and washers as required, touch-in/up varnish as required, provide full report detailing work carried out and any additional major repairs or replacements required.
WORK EXCLUDED
Major replacement components, renovation of equipment, major repairs, re-covering of upholstered equipment.
