Delivery Charges
Stadia Sports products are divided into ‘Delivery Bands’ which are used to calculate the total delivery charge for your order by using a combination of cost per individual item, weight of item or total weight of order, and postcode details.
Each individual product is allocated either A, B, C, D or E, and this is shown in the product descriptions throughout the website.
Orders containing multiples of one product, or combinations of different products will have total delivery charges calculated in your shopping basket, so you can easily see the total as you go along.
The ‘Delivery Charge Bands’ are as follows:
Band A: Carriage is charged at a fixed minimum, according to the value of total order
For orders containing 1 item, carriage will be charged at £10 if the value is under £250. If the order value is over £250 carriage will be charged at 4% of the cost of the product. If the order value is over £500 carriage will be charged at 3% of the cost of the product.
These charges will be calculated and displayed clearly in your shopping basket.
Band B: Carriage is charged at a fixed price, within main postcode areas
There is a fixed carriage charge for these items providing delivery is for main UK postcode.
This charge will be calculated and displayed clearly in your shopping basket.
Band C: Carriage is charged according to weight of total order
If the item you have chosen weighs less than 20kg, then Band A charges will apply.
If the item is over 20kg, then the delivery charge will be £10 plus 35p per extra kg.
This charge will be calculated and displayed clearly in your shopping basket.
Band D: There is an extra carriage charge for these items: please contact Stadia Sports for a quotation
Band D items cannot be ordered via www.stadia-sports.co.uk. The nature of these items means that a Stadia Sports advisor will need to discuss individual requirements to ensure the best customer service.
You will need to contact Stadia Sports for a quotation, which will include delivery charges.
Band E: Carriage is free on this item, within main postcode areas (ie UK mainland, with exceptions)
There is no charge for delivery of these items, unless they fall into Band A.
If you order a number of items that fall into different delivery ‘bands’, your shopping basket will automatically calculate the delivery charges for your order. This will be displayed clearly in your shopping basket.
If you order an item that falls into Band A that cost less than £250, plus an item that weighs 40kg, then you would pay £10 (Band A charge) plus £10 (Band C standard charge) plus £7 (Band C, 35p per kg over 20kg) then your total carriage charge would be £27.00.
If you have 5 items with a combined cost of less than £250, and weighing less than 20kg, your total carriage charge would be £10.
If you have 5 items with a combined cost of £255, and with a combined weight of 21kg, your total carriage charge would be £20.55.
If you have 5 items with a combined cost of £500, and with a combined weight of 30kg, your total carriage charge would be £28.50.
Delivery charges are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to your final total.
Before signing for a delivery, please ensure that you check all items in your order thoroughly for any visible signs of damage.
